Creating your cake couldn't be simpler. All you need to do is follow these 5 easy steps.
To create your unique cake, please use the following as a guide to select the cake layers, icing on the outside of the cake, filling for in-between cake layers, and the size of the cake.
Rectangular Sheet Cakes
This is one of the most popular icings used when frosting a cake or using to make designs on a cake. Buttercream is a smooth, sweet, creamy icing and filling that stays soft on a cake, so it's easy to cut through. It may stay out of the refridgerator/cooler for longer periods of time and it is the best out of all icings for resilience in warm conditions. Buttercream is dairy free.
As with any cream or dairy product, whipped cream is perishable. It must be refrigerated or kept in a cooler. Do not let it sit out of the refridgerator for too long or it could spoil. Whipped cream is dairy based and has a mild sweetness.
Plain mousse is the least sweet icing available, but Caramel and Chocolate can be used to make it sweeter. Mousse is dairy based and must be refridgerated or kept in a cooler until serving time.
